The Sheffield Sustainable Market: Winter Edition

Saturday 22nd November, 11am – 4pm, Victoria Hall

The best sustainable gifts, products, food and drink
from local makers and businesses

Research in 2024 from City to Sea found that 83% of people are concerned about the amount of plastic in their everyday shop. When they were asked what’s stopping them from doing more to reduce their use of single-use plastics, the primary response was a lack of availability of sustainable alternatives. The Sheffield Sustainable Markets is our solution to this, where you can purchase gifts that will help you to live a lower impact life – think zero-waste, plastic-free and sustainable. As well as supporting local makers and the local economy. As this is a sustainable market, please try to bring with you reusable bags, a reusable cup, containers, and cutlery.
